Color is one of the many things that affect us as subtle beings. Our personal emotions and well being are greatly affected by it. In a similar manner, turban colors have an influential effect on a Sikh;s spiritual and personal development as it brings about a therapeutic effect.

With all its cool appearance that can be seen in the oceanic and aqua natural bodies, the blue color is beautiful. It is associated with the building of trust and faith. This color can enhance oral communication as well as signify peaceful situations.

The royal blue color is an indication of sensitiveness. As compared to the deep blue sky in the night, the color results in wonderful insights and ideas. Honesty and reliability are both virtues that are related to this color as well as presence and authority.

Yellow color indicates our sense of self and identity. It results in the feelings of happiness and joy. It is often associated with the brain and mental faculties hence giving rise to clear thought. It helps in gathering knowledge and knowing one;s own direction in life.

The orange color is one that stirs up feelings of joy and pure bliss. It is believed that this color is capable of wiping away shocking experiences as well as trauma and bad experiences in life. It results in the enhancement of community linkages, socialization and self belonging.

The hugest part in the Indian landscape, specifically in areas where white marble has been used in constructing buildings is formed by the white color. Believed to comprise of the whole light spectrum, it is worn by the largest percentage of the population. Most people who have worn this color have associated it with being strong, radiant and pure.

A feeling of deep rootedness is the impact of wearing the black color. Prior to the Nankana Sahib killings that happened early in the 20th century, black color was not popularly worn by many. However, after the massacre, black became more popular. This prompted many people to dye their turbans and clothes to the color black. They felt that it resulted in a stable effect during the mourning period.

Gold is a color that is widely adorned by many around the world. It results in feelings of joy and well as in reducing anxiety. It also assists on to find the relevant answers to circumstances in life that one might be going through. This color also helps a lot in healing processes.

If all these turban colors would be mixed together, the outcome will be marvelous. An individual;s qualities will be revealed as well as his true characteristics. This person will be certain of his real identity and will possess a sense of belonging. He is focused, always ready to encounter problems in life and handle them in a sober way. This person is able to mingle well with other people and can handle responsibilities very well. Happiness and peace are the benefits of this type of color combinations.
